Introduction
This AUP sets forth provisions of acceptable use of Ahosting Networks ("Ahosting") products and services. All Ahosting users are required to comply with this policy, along with any and all applicable laws and regulations. This is in addition to any terms and conditions of applicable agreements. Ahosting works to provide its customers with the highest quality services available while respecting community standards and legislation. Inappropriate or abusive activities and conduct will not be tolerated. Ahosting reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time, without notice. Users are encouraged to review this AUP often for changes. Please send questions, comments, or complaints to support [at] ahostinginc [dot] com.
As an Internet Service Provider, Ahosting does not monitor content transmitted through its network and is not responsible for damages customers may suffer. Publishers of material accessible through Ahosting are solely responsible for such content and compliance with applicable laws. Ahosting will cooperate with legal authorities investigating suspected criminal or civil infringements.
Responsibilities
General
Each Ahosting customer is responsible for their own actions and those of their end-users. Customers agree to inform their users of this AUP or maintain their own AUP consistent with this policy. Customers may not misrepresent their identity or use fraudulent methods (e.g., stolen credit cards). Violations may result in immediate termination.
Configuration
All systems connected to Ahosting must comply with industry standards and IETF RFCs (www.ietf.org/rfc.html). Systems must not obscure identification, and proxy servers must prevent unauthorized use.
Reporting
Customers must promptly report any issues that could compromise the stability, security, or service of Ahosting’s network.
